Creed
To love, respect, understand, and guide the student for a life of unfolding possibilities is the task of the teacher; to give aid, counsel, and support to fellow teachers and to all agencies promoting the love of truth, beauty, and goodness is the priviledge of the teacher.
KDE ScholarshipsKappa Delta Epsilon awards up to twelve scholarships to selected members each spring. $750 will be awarded to each qualified applicant for a total of $9,000 each year. Funds may be used for undergraduate or graduate studies. Applications are mailed to the main chapter advisor by the scholarship chair. Applications are located also on the webpage in the Forms section. March 15th is the deadline for applications and attachments to be postmarked. Each chapter may submit scholarship applications equal to the number of delegates allowed at the last Biennial National Convention. This number is determined by the National Treasurer as outlined in the National Constitution and Bylaws. |
