The online registration site for the 88th Georgia FFA Convention is open. To access the registration site, use the link below.
-Registration is based on a chapter fee. The registration fee for each chapter is $250. That fee covers all FFA members, advisors and chaperones who attend.
-The online registration site will close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 1. Once the site closes, the only way to register is onsite at the Convention. All onsite registration will cost $300 per chapter.
-All registration payment must be postmarked by April 8. Any chapter not postmarking their payment by April 10, will be subject to a $50 late fee.
-Please DO NOT complete multiple registrations online. If you complete a registration and then need to make a change, contact Ben Lastly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Living to Serve opportunities for the 88th Georgia FFA Convention will be coordinated by Mr. Kevin Jump. Please register for the Living to Serve community service project . Please contact Mr. Jump at email@example.com with any questions.
Convention t-shirts can be ordered through the online convention registration site. The cost is $12 per shirt through the online site. Once the site closes, all shirts will need to be purchased onsite at the Convention for $15 each. T-shirt costs are extra and not included in the chapter registration fee.
Again this year we asking Ag Teachers to identify 1 or 2 students who are (or should be) seriously considering a career in Agricultural Education, and nominate those students for the TAG (Teach Ag Georgia) workshop at the State Convention. The workshop will be held on Friday, April 29, at 1:45 p.m. and is by invitation only. Only 50 seats are available, and seats are available on a first come, first served basis. There is no cost to attend the TAG workshop.
Love and Theft in concert! Friday, April 29, 2016. Tickets are $20.00. Tickets are available only to registered convention attendees through the online chapter registration site.
Please remember that this year the FFA Alumni is not hosting an on-site Food Drive. The Alumni is asking that all local FFA chapter conduct a food drive locally, donate the food to a local cause, and then bring a photo and documentation of the donation to the FFA Convention. The Alumni will be accepting Food Drive documentations in the Convention Center rotunda from1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28. Prizes will be provided to the chapters who have contributed the most food.
